Between you and your agent
What passes between you and your Aegis agent is agent–user confidential — a pledge Memriq keeps across every service.
Aegis uses what you share with it — your calendar, what you tell it about how you like to work, and signals from other Memriq services you turn on — to find the right moment for your security tasks and to do more of the work for you. Here is how that stays between you and your agent.
Sealed fields
Every value that could identify you — your addresses, account names, device names, calendar event details — is stored encrypted, field by field. It is opened only to do the thing you asked for.
De-identified before any model sees it
When Aegis asks an AI model for help — choosing a time, wording a step — names, addresses and other identifying details are removed first unless the task cannot be done without them.
Read only for the purpose you agreed to
Your calendar is read to find time for your security tasks, and nothing else. Signals from other Memriq services you use are read only when you have turned them on.
An access log you can read
Every use of a permission you gave is written to a log you can see on Permissions — including uses Aegis refused itself.
Revocation takes effect on the next read
Withdraw a permission or disconnect your calendar and Aegis stops on its very next read. Nothing waits for a nightly job.
Learning across people is de-identified and optional
Aegis learns which times and steps work for people like you only from de-identified, aggregated data, in groups of at least twenty people. You can turn this off on Settings › How I like to work.
Signed in, you can read your access log on Permissions and disconnect your calendar on Connect your calendar. The legal terms are in Aegis's Privacy policy and Terms.
